In the highly unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective due to transit, we will replace the item for you.

To claim a replacement for a damaged item, you must:

• Provide clear photographs/videos showing the damage or defect.
• Provide proof of purchase (order receipt).

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, it cannot be cancelled or recalled.
