Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timelines
Once shipped, delivery timelines typically take about 3-7 business days across India depending on your location.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid online payments (Razorpay/Cards/UPI). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a flat shipping charge of ₹100 is applied at checkout.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking details. You can also track your order directly on our website using the Track Order page.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at edmyinfo@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement as per our policies.
